About the Job

*Outbound Telesales /​ Account Management *Taking inbound sales calls and queries (avg.​ 30/​day)

*Role involves calling current customers from a database produced list.​ All customers are warm and live.​ (50+​/​day)

*Manage your account list and encourage higher average orders and wider range of products taken.

​ *Build rapport and strong relationships with customers to become their preferred suppliers

*Encourage customers who may not have ordered for a few months to re-order.

​ *Mailing out price lists and quotations for customers as necessary.​
